Review: Brittany Rating: 4.5 out of 5 Fairies The beginning of this book was admittedly as confusing as all get out. There's three different perspectives here, two present and one past. I had to try really hard to focus on the switches so that I had half a clue about what was going on. As long as I focused, it was a pretty good story opening. About halfway through the book, it started getting less confusing. Maybe it was because I was used to it, or maybe it just started to flow better. Regardless, I actually really started to enjoy Cemetery Plot. It has a little bit of romance along with some action as well. The past started to tie in with the present, and by halfway through, I started to see the whole picture making what I read even better. I was reading along when then BAM! Reviewer: Bex Rating: 4.5 out of 5 Fairies Revelations of the Soul is an action packed read, filled with drama, romance and intrigue. We learn so much more about the main characters in book two - what makes them tick, what their ambitions are, and where exactly their loyal ties lie. Sort of! J.L. Vallance doesn't give up all of the answers yet, but just enough to allow us to have that 'ahh' moment, before she bamboozles us by raising more questions. All of this is achieved through a well-crafted narrative, with a plot that successfully guides, pushes and challenges the reader. The characters and narrative are much tighter in this book; the author's craft has definitely developed, leaving a nicely polished and thoroughly enjoyable book. To be honest, cowboys are not one of my favorite topics, maybe it's because where I live, they're not that big of a 'thing'. I think that's the reason why I had the trouble with getting into the story in the first place. I was expecting a short, HOT, steamy paranormal read, what I got was SOOOO much more! With love, deceit, betrayal and heartbreak, this book was NOT the average Erotica read. JD made A Night of Wickedness almost feel like a modern day Wuthering Heights! Giving us characters that are continually hurting one another over misunderstandings, revenge or just to ease their own pain and suffering. The ending was both amazing and broke my heart. With book two, ‘Wolves Will Be Wolves’ out August 2013, I am on Fang and claws in anticipation! 4.5 fanged fairies!!!

Reviewer: Bex Rating: 4.5 out of 5 Fairies Never Let You Fall is a superb YA fantasy read, that was a welcome reminder of why I love this genre so much. From the opening, the author created a character and a scenario that was fascinating and captured my attention. She presents her protagonist, Skye, with a unique background and present; she is certainly an original character for this genre. This immediately piqued my interest. As the story unfolds, I was effectively engaged throughout by the character's dramas and endeavors, and once the author introduced Xander, the gorgeous protector, it didn't take me long to embrace my inner young-woman have get a new book crush. Michele G Miller's writing style is crisp and fluent. Never Let You Fall was easy to absorb and enjoy. Reviewer: Justine Rating: 4.5 out of 5 fairies Croak by Gina Damico was so much more than I expected! Gina Damico grants us a hilarious and extremely witty read. Even though I was dying of laughter (pun intended), Gina still managed to endear me to the story as a whole, so much so that I had tears of sadness flowing just as hard. The author creates a well thought out paranormal world, down to the smallest details. It was a completely different reaper story than any I have come across before. Though I hate to see it end, all good things must. Gina Damico once again did not disappoint, giving a feeling of completion and a look at what was to come for our friends from Croak. Justine 

My rating: 4.5 of 5 stars Reviewer: Bex I'd read VHD part one a while back, but re-read alongside the rest of this whole wonderful collection. The 'parts' simply go from strength to strength and completely work as a whole read. I much preferred it this way. The author, Jennifer Malone Wright, captures Chloe's character beautifully. She's a character that I believed in and had empathy for. Her character development alongside her character's journey is well crafted and finely tuned to create a strong female protagonist.

Reviewer: Bex  Rating: 5 out of 5 Fairies ' Trish, Just Trish' by Lynda LeeAnne is a fabulous read. I perhaps came in a little differently from most reviewers - I haven't read book one, 'Lexi, Baby!'. Therefore, I have no comparisons to make between the Trish that I got to know in this book and 'apparently' a quite different Trish in book one. The story immediately grabbed my attention, and there was plenty of back story to enable me to relate to the characters and to give me a full sense that I wasn't missing out. This was all achieved very well by the author, with the perfect amount of detail that didn't drag.

Reviewer: Bex Rating: 4.5 out of 5 Fairies Awaken, by Kristen Day, is a pretty fantastic read. Picking up where book one left off, we follow the lovely Stasia and the gorgeous, Finn. The author successfully developed and built upon the characters that I so happily followed in book one and took them on a new and pretty epic journey. The pace had such fantastic bursts of speed to mirror the action, while the author allowed for slower moments, providing us with the opportunity to get to know the characters in new ways.

Reviewer: Bex Rating: 4.5 of 5 Fairies Crimson Flames ,by Ashley Robertson, is a strong follow up to Crimson Groves. From the onset of the book, we are greeted by fast-paced action, interesting character development and a rush of drama and tension that kept me absorbed.

Reviewer: Amber Rating: 4.5 out of 5 Fairies Meet Renee and her BFF's: Mark the anal compulsive type who over analyzes everything and anything and takes for forever to choose a profile picture. Shelley the fun and as Lisa put it the "Oversexed" type loves men. Shelley seemed to always have a different guy of the night or day or sometimes both night and day and never called them by name. She always gave then nicknames to describe their time together. Every name she gave them made me smile and usually laugh out loud. Shelley’s email usually included the most detail of her and her man’s encounter, some of which made me envious and some made me go ewww. Ashley is Renee's oldest friend and she's slightly stupid and judgemental.

Sophia Knightly gives us CLASSIC Contemporary Romance is this two book series. The Tropical Heat steamed off the pages as Sophia hit all three must haves for an amazing contemporary read: An Alpha male who thinks he knows best.                                                                  Smart, sassy and seriously funny heroine who is lovable and relatable Storyline with love, betrayal, and bad guys. And dear Miss Knightly was kind enough to give us happy endings to cap off her wonderfully sexy reads! Both books can be read and are sold separately, but can be bought in a bundle also. An absolute must read for all contemporary romance fans.

McCoy, consists of Blood of the Son (book #1), Sins of the Father ( book #2), and The Original Sin (book #3) and the recently released Legacy of Blood (review out very soon!). This series floored me! I was sucked in (pun intended) from the very beginning with book one and was screaming “OFF WITH HER HEAD” (that would be J.L. McCoy’s head I was looking for) by the end of book 3! Even though they were all decent size books at just under 250 pages each, I gobbled them down in the record time of a day and a half. With all this awesome there is of course a catch. Sadly, Miss McCoy committed a cardinal Justine sin in two of the three books! The ending had no conclusion! ‘ The Descendant '  by   Kelley Grealis Justine's rating:   4.5 of 5 stars The Descendant’ by Kelley Grealis is not your every day vamp book. But what it is, is easily one of the best written books, I have read in a while. Kelley Grealis’ flow and weaving of the back-story into the current time was very effectively created and developed. ‘The Descendant’ is most definitely a serious read. Be prepared and get yourselves ready for that. There’s absolutely no YA vampire fluff here. Kelley Grealis successfully had me crying before I made it to chapter four, and pissed by chapter nine as I started to figure things out. This really was a rollercoaster of a book that struck a nerve on so many amazing levels. As for the ending - you know I am a stickler for an ending - Kelley Grealis did me proud!
