Carmen's New York Romance Trilogy by Nikki Sex Reviewer: Stacey Rating: 4.5 Fairies Another OMG! I've read dom and sub books before...but the sex scenes in this book are fantastic. Carmen's story is a complex one in which I feel the writer wrote beautifully. The emotion and self hate the main character feels and works through, often to an emotional overload, is fabulously developed. The author allows the character to see she is still capable of love... Kurt comes into her life at a difficult time for them both, and together, they embrace themselves wholeheartedly and forge a bond unbreakable and durable to the very last breath! I myself nearly climaxed a few times with the descriptive sex scenes.... I was totally absorbed in the moments.... With drugs, abuse, theft, and the law. This is a very very exciting and captivating read. I could not put it down! Another writer to my "must read lists"!

From the moment I picked this book up, I couldn't put it down. I felt all of Bonnie's highs and lows. I just wished it had been a novel, rather than a short story. But, after saying that I was very surprised! Brea Wycyoff captured me (in a bazaar way) with this fantasy with a magical twist. The characters range from Wizards, to Dragons, to Halflings and Dwarfs, and that's only mentioning a few! The book entices you and draws you into it's magical world and I lost myself in there a few times. There are times when you feel the heartache and the losses, and then in your next breath, you are on the edge of your seat lost in the action.
