Reviewer: Bex Rating: 5 Fairies Pictures, Lies & Promises is a tension-fuelled read. Readers will be held captive by the world and drama that Tiffany Carmouche creates. The epic suspense, teamed with a whole lot of heat, transforms this amazing series into a scorching-hot read. Book four in the Alaskan Heart Saga pushes forward beautifully. We continue to see the characters evolve and develop, and spend more time with a few secondary characters too. This helps to make Pictures, Lies &  Promises  a fast-paced and exciting read. Just as the author provides hints and clues for significant developments, she rips the carpet from under our feet, so that we're left wondering how the heck that happened. She really pushes her characters in book four. This successfully ensures that Pictures, Lies & Promises maintains fresh and pushing forward. It is clear that the author wants to immerse her reader into the unfolding drama and continue to feel the palpable tension from book two, Obsession and Sacrifice. All of this is achieved with well-crafted dialogue and with a pace that will leave readers gasping for breath. Becoming Invisible will take fans of Carmouche's gripping series onto a roller-coaster ride of heartache, passion and tension. All three will leave readers with their heart's pounding and with the desperate desire to know what's in store for the fabulous characters in this series. Alas, the author does it again. There wasn't a moment that I wasn't engaged with the characters or the plot. I was able to read this novel in two sittings; I had on planned on it being more (simply because I was tired and needed sleep), yet on the first night of reading it, I attempted to put it down, but my mind won the battle. I had to keep reading. I simply had to discover what happened next. The build up of mystery and tension in this suspenseful romantic novel is superbly done. I found myself constantly holding my breath and nervously listening for creaks in the house. There were some beautifully crafted romantic moments that had me swooning for Dylan, and several moments when I shed a tear. Stunning!
