Reviewer: Bex Rating: 5 out of 5 Fairies From the onset of Teresa Gabelman's third installment in her Protectors series, it was clear that there would be little room for air or respite. We are immediately thrown into drama and action, swiftly followed with a romance so sweet, yet smoldering hot, that it was impossible not to immediately love 'Duncan' and the characters. 'Duncan' hits a new level of depth in the series. The protagonist, Pam, carries with her such a history, one that is painful and moving. She is not the woman who I grew so fond of in 'Damon'. From the moment I picked this book up, I couldn't put it down. I felt all of Bonnie's highs and lows. I just wished it had been a novel, rather than a short story. Reviewer: Bex Rating 5 out of 5 Fairies Chosen, by Kristen Day, reaches a pretty epic conclusion (although I have heard there'll be a fourth book! Yay!). The author takes her fabulous main character, Stasia, on a significant journey filled with adventure and action. Along her epic journey, we see her character and power develop and grow. Stasia is a formidable character. A female lead who is aspirational.

My Demonic Ghost by Jacinta Maree Bex's rating: 5 of 5 stars Jacinta Maree offers the reader something that I truly love, Teenage Fiction filled with intrigue, passion and characters that are beautifully crafted and intrinsically developed. It was impossible not to be swept away by the tide of emotion and drama that poured off Jacinta Maree's wonderful pages. As a harsh critique of dialogue, I was so very happy by the author's craft. Jacinta Maree created natural flowing dialogue that really helped to shape her characters and the wide variety of relationships evident in My Demonic Ghost. RM Gilmore has surpassed herself in the second installment of her Dylan Hart Series. Endless Night is somehow even edgier, more entertaining and most definitely side-splitting, tea-spitting funnier than book one, The Scene. I pretty much had a girl crush on Dylan Hart after being blown away by her foul-mouth, no-nonsense take on life and the paranormal in book one. In Endless Night, RM Gilmore takes Dylan on a new adventure, one that has her whole belief system spinning. The author successfully and impressively leads us into a fascinating world deep in the heart of New Orleans, where we witness Dylan Hart creating enemies, getting hot and heavy, and pushing her relationships that were established in book one to the extreme. There was not a moment that I was not completely and utterly engrossed in the storyline. The pace was phenomenally fast, with my heart kept pounding throughout the story; it was truly gripping.
