Reviewer: Mykala Rating: 3 out of 5 Fairies I have a few favourite authors which I love to read, but when I get to start a book by someone new, I am always excited. From the synopsis, I couldn't wait to get started; it sounded right up my street: vampires, secrets and a budding romance, which for me always makes a great read. The cover is nice, but nothing new to what I would expect of a supernatural romance to be. Nikki Rae's book, Sunshine, is detailed but easy to read. It's more tamed than most books with less adult content than I am use to after reading Laurell H Hamilton and J R Ward which makes it a great book for a first time or young paranormal reader. I enjoyed getting to know the two main characters, Sophie and Myles, throughout the book. Past problems and heartache make you like Sophie more and more.
