Poor Emma. A routine zombie raise turns into a nightmare when it gets away. She feel so upset with herself and then has to turn to her ex for help. But emotions run high between them. You'll find yourself feeling for Emma's situation very easily. This story has action, betrayal, magic, love, and sizzling romance so what's not to like. Fans of the Anita Blake series will find this story and the setting for it interesting. Rosewarne wrote a world that I would love to revisit as often as she can spit out new books. I hope to see a book about Garret's brother soon!
