The Vessel by Felicia Tatum
Reviewer: Justine
Rating: 4 Fairies
The vessel left me so torn on what to rate it. I had trouble connecting with this instalment I took me a while to figure out why. Felicia pick the story up exactly where it left off, with no revisit of details of book 1, The White Aura; she jumped right into the action. Which is not a bad thing at all but it leaves you a little lost and disconnected when you haven't read the first book in so long. I really believe if I had read them back to back I would've felt more connected with the characters.
After about halfway through Miss Tatum found her way back into my heart, only to hit me with a major Justine No-No! Our naughty Felicia gave me one hell of a cliffhangover!
In book one she put a perfect period to the story leaving salivating for more. This time story just stopped!! Not ended, Stopped. I felt no conclusion at all!!!
I guess is a simple solution to all this, be sure to reread The White Aura and have Devlin's Descendant ready for reading, IMMEDIATELY!
