Rating: 3.95 of 5 Fairies (apparently! - lol)
The Witch and The Werewolf was a read I normally would not have liked, but as always, April Fifer and Danielle Hylton-Outland didn’t fail to surprise me. I can hear Bex now, “Now picky, picky Justine what was it this time?!” Lol. Well ¾ of the story was in the male’s POV, and unless I have read the story first in female POV, I don’t normally connect. But my girls pulled it off and gave me a story that had me shocked with its twist and turns and had me loving it.
Of course, April Fifer and Danielle Hylton-Outland gave me just the ending I like and left me feeling completely satisfied.
I am giving them a 3.95 on the Fairy Scale only because the Male POV still threw me though, and it may not be for everyone, but still it’s waaaaay worth a read!
Washington DC’s journalist, Rye Yates is well dressed, gorgeous and cursed. After an unusual encounter with a witch, his love for a woman could mean her death sentence. When Rye meets Clair, her effervescent personality instantly grabs his heart. What will Rye and Clair do when they uncover a hundred-year-old secret that was never meant to be revealed? The ending is unthinkable, and the betrayal and secrets leave no one unscathed.
I hope this is in the correct location, otherwise it will look like it either makes no sense or I'm nutty. I'd rather be a witch I think because they always make the werewolf transformation sounds so very painful and I don't much care for pain! Plus, witches are pretty cool, but mainly I don't like severe pain.

Honestly, there are pros and cons for either. A witch can still get sick and if they get hurt they have to wait to heal at normal speed. On the other hand, they can cast amazing spells and accomplish some cool feats. The wolf has the ability to live a very long time, speedy healing and just the cool ability to change from human to wolf. But they have to hide from people for the most part. I could take the easier of the 2, and be a witch, but I never was one to take the easy way. I pick a wolf

Great answers! We don't think we can choose, both creatures are mysterious and oh so sexy :-) Thanks for all the comments and a big thanks to Bex n Books for having us on their site. I look forward to reading more post.
