The Book

Trust Me? and Love Me? The Trust Me? Trilogy
Trust Me? The Trust Me? Trilogy
This book is for mature audiences 18+ It contains explicit language and sexual content.

Jenifer Taylor is content with her life, dull and boring as it is. Being absent from the dating scene means she doesn’t have to deal with the major trust issues she has with men that stem from a controlling and aggressive ex-boyfriend and an absentee father. She’s happy being alone, sharing her life with her friends and family.

When Jeni starts a typical day in the big city of Mornington Vale, California, it turns from bad to worse when she’s involved in a chain collision on her way to work.

Her world changes forever that day because she meets Aiden O’Connell, the billionaire son of Alistair O’Connell, who owns Mornington Vale’s largest financial corporation. Aiden is an up-and-coming young businessman who's ready to take on the vice presidency of his father’s company. He is the good son, and it’s imperative to Alistair that Aiden succeed and follow in his footsteps. Life for Aiden involves working hard and not much else.

After the accident, however, Aiden’s world changes as well. He finds Jeni irresistible and instantly pursues her. With some coaxing, she eventually agrees to a date, and the attraction is mutual.

Jeni finds love quickly with Aiden, but trusting him is another issue. When to trust is tested in many different ways but comes to a head when Aiden is investigated for a serious crime. As her trust issues spark, she is forced to go through a journey of self-discovery.

She must decide once and for all whether she trusts the man she loves when she’s asked the ultimate question: “Do you trust me?”

REVIEW
*** WARNING-SPOILER ****
First of all let me start off by praising Kimberly on her fantastic writing skills. One of the best first time novels I have ever read it flowed perfectly! Well Done, Flawless!
Now the book, great story line. Very original. You read some of these novels where the rich man falls for the plain girl blah blah. All very predictable. This one however has the ‘boy meets girl’ but has a slight twist… He ends up in prison for embezzling money from his father’s company… I bet you’re all thinking WTH! Well he didn’t do it he was set up! Kimberly left it on a cliff-hanger… Yup we still don’t know if Aiden gets out of prison
So I cannot wait for the second in the series.
The relationship between Aiden and Jeni is lovely. It definitely is a ‘Love at first sight’. Even though things get serious and intense very quickly, it still works. Kimberly hasn’t rushed the relationship between them. You can feel the build-up of feelings between them, you get to witness the development of the relationship. There’s not one fault I picked up on.
All in all an amazingly well written novel. If you haven’t read this yet, I urge you to go buy it! I promise you be hooked from start to finish! It’s absolutely a MUST READ.
I’m looking forward to the next instalment.

OMG this was a fantastic book!, December 14, 2013

*I chose to review both Trust Me? and Love Me together so I will try to be as general as possible so as not to give spoilers and will share this review on both.*
I can NOT say enough good things about this series. While reading these 2 books, I could be found doing one of the following: literally sitting on the edge of my seat, laughing, all choked up at something romantic, or fanning myself over some seriously steamy moments. Oh and don’t forget the times I was pissed at one of the few characters that had me glaring at my tablet. In short, my emotions were all over the place!

Aiden and Jeni….*sighs* Seriously great couple. Don’t get me wrong, its not all daisies and sunshine but that just makes for a better story and a stronger relationship. Aiden is seriously sex walking. He’s a successful business man, kind, sweet, loving, and likes to spoil Jeni….and did I mention sexy as hell? Jeni has some serious baggage from her previous relationship but its obvious that she’s trying to overcome that. Despite how she frustrates me from time to time, I do like her. All of their friends and family are great (with the exception of Alastair of course). All of the characters felt like real people and I felt every single emotion right along with them.

So far this is turning out to be one of my favorite series and I’ve already found myself thinking about it throughout my day while doing other things. To me, that is the sign of an Author that has done their job well. I am VERY eager to read the final book All of Me? so I can get the conclusion to this seriously fantastic (if not emotionally draining) series. Wonder stories and a solid 5 out of 5 stars on both stories from me! Thank you for sharing this with me.

The second installment in Aiden & Jeni's love story and wow what an installment.
I don't want to give any spoilers so I will just say it was choc full of drama, passion and a love that we all hope to find one day.
Aiden was just swoon worthy and unwavering in his devotion to Jeni and his need to protect her at all costs but is this the very thing that will tear them apart?
I have to say Jeni's amazing BFF was the only one who told Jeni like it was and that is a sign of a great friend!
Let's hope the final installment is with us soon otherwise I'll have no fingernails left!
